By accessing or using the Flowseed website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Flowseed provides a platform showcasing micro-AI tools ("Seeds") and allows users to subscribe to access these Seeds. Features include user authentication, subscription management, and the ability to upload "Seed DNA" (JSON files).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Flowseed offers subscription plans ("Seedpods") at varying prices. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fees. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including "Seed DNA." You warrant that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Owned Data like Seed DNA), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowseed and its licensors. "Seed DNA" uploaded by users remains the property of the user, subject to any licenses granted to Flowseed for service provision or improvement (with user consent).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Flowseed be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law
